AT&T responds to complaints, ups throttling limit to 3GB
It only took a few lawsuits for AT&T to admit that what they were doing was wrong and change their policies. I’m still not sure how they thought they could get away with throttling unlimited data users after 2gb, while for the same monthly fee you get 3gb on a tiered plan.
